So I've gotten a coupla questions about the style of the Ultiamte Soloist.

This category is not one specific style, aside from it should be an Alternative style (this is, after all, an Alternative Style competition!)

Basically you can do tribal fusion, fuse Latin dance with belly dance (a la Kristina Canizares, our first Ultimate Soloist), fuse athleticism with belly dance (a la Shabnam, last year's Ultimate Soloist), do a storytelling piece...etc.

So, for all the Gothic gals on the waiting list- you CAN enter the Ultimate Soloist category if you want to participate this year!! :)
